9.30 - 11AM rehearsal after breakfast - 4.30 PM transfer St Gallen to Arbon - 5.30 PM rehearsal  6.30 PM concert - 10 PM return to St Gallen
Saturday, Sept 3
 10 AM transfer hotel to city - 10.30 AM 2 hour guided tour though old town, cathedral and abbey library - lunch on your own - 3 PM leave for Solothurn - 5.30 PM Hotel Ramada - dinner at hotel
Sunday, Sept 4
 7.45 AM drive from Solothurn to Riggisberg - participate inJodlerfest from 9.30 AM to 4 PM - lunch provided at the Jodlerfest - return to Solothurn - dinner on your own
 Monday, Sept 5
 8.15 AM drive from Solothurn via Önsingen - Balsthal - Hauenstein - Waldenburg - Liestal to Basel - 10 AM city tour including 1 hour walking guided tour through Basel and Dreiländereck - 12 - 3 PM on your own - 3 PM drive from Basel via Laufental - Delsberg - Moutier - Tavannes - Biel to Solothurn - 5.15 PM arrive at hotel - dinner at hotel
Tuesday, Sept 6
 8AM drive Solothurn via Bern - Fribourg - Vevey - Rhône valley - Sion - Siders - Turtmann to Visp - rest at Autobahnraststätte near Martigny - 11.45 AM visit "Chanton Weine" - Tasting (Himbertscha, Lafnetsch, Petite Arvine, Heida, Syrah - Walliserplatte - 14.30 PM drive through Goms up to Grimsel pass - descent through Haslital - Innertkirchen - Brienzer and Thunersee towards Spiez and Aeschiried - 6 PM arrive at Hotel Aeschi Park - dinner at hotel
Wednesday, Sept 7
 Rehearsal after breakfast -  4.30 PM drive from hotel to Frutigen - 5 PM Visit church - dinner - rehearsal - concert - goodbye drink - 11.30PM arrive at Hotel Aeschi Park
Thursday, Sept 8

9 AM drive from Aeschiried Park hotel - Interlaken to Hofstetten near Brienz - some to leave bus for their excursion to the Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg - bus continues to Brienz where others leave for the Brienzer Rothornbahn.

Group Ballenberg leaves the bus at 10 AM at the west entry of the Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, and is picked up at the east entry at 2.30 PM for the drive to Brienz

Group Rothorn leaves the bus in Brienz and boards the 10.45 AM train to the Brienzer Rothorn. Return train ride at 2.28 PM to Brienz (arrival at 3.32 PM)

4 PM all rejoin the bus and return to the hotel via Ringgenberg - Interlaken - Beatenbucht - Oberhofen - Thun - Spiez to Aeschi - dinner at hotel

Friday, Sept 9
 Rehearsal after breakfast - 3 PM drive from Aeschi Park hotel - via Autobahn - Seftigen - Riggisberg - Schwarzenburg - Fribourg - to Tentlingen - 5 PM Visit of town - dinner - rehearsal - concert - goodbye drink - 11 PM leave from Tentlingen - 12.30 AM arrive at hotel
Saturday Sept 10 10.30 AM drive from Aeschi Park hotel - via Brünig pass - Luzern - 12.15 PM arrive Luzern - free time - 3.30 PM depart from Luzern to Zurich - 5 PM arrive at hotel Novotel - dinner at hotel
Sunday, Sept 11 10 AM rehearsal - 12.30 PM drive from hotel Novotel to Adliswil - 1 PM apéro - rehearsal - concert - dinner - 9.30 PM
return to hotel - 10 PM arrive at hotel Novotel
Monday, Sept 12
 10 AM drive from hotel to Zurich airport to meet LX 040 departing at 1.15PM
